1. Executive- Production (Vial Washing-Injectables)

Qualification: B.Pharm

Experience: 2–5 Years in Vial Washing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of autoclave and steam sterilization activities.
  • Supervision of vial washing and tunnel operations.
  • Handling manufacturing and manufacturing support activities.
  • Handling integrity machine and pH meter.
  • Ensuring production activities are carried out according to applicable procedures and GMP requirements.

2. Sr. Executive- Production (Filling – Injectables)

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience: 4-8 Years in Filling / Lyophilization

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for in-process production activities in DP manufacturing, filling and packing sections.
  • Preparation of batch manufacturing records.
  • Preparation of process validation protocols and reports for the DP area.
  • Execution and review of IQ, OQ and PQ of equipment.
  • Handling calibration and qualification programs for DP-area equipment.
  • Maintaining relevant manufacturing documentation and records.

3. Executive- Production (Packing)

Qualification: B.Pharm

Experience: 2-5 Years in Packing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of VI, packing and dispatch activities.
  • Managing manpower and daily production operations.
  • Maintaining documentation and SAP entries.
  • Label control and packing-material management.
  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP and Data Integrity requirements.
  • Dispensing packing materials and maintaining cold-room records.
  • Conducting training programs.
  • Handling deviations and change controls.
