About the Position
Aculife Healthcare is looking for candidates for the Production Chemist position. The selected candidates will be involved in the manufacturing of sterile infusion products in Parenteral FFS, BFS and Bottle Pack systems.The role requires candidates to follow manufacturing procedures and maintain compliance with GMP, safety and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Production Chemist will be responsible for:- Executing sterile infusion manufacturing activities as per BMR/SOP.
- Operating Plastic Parenteral filling machines.
- Working with FFS, BFS, Blow Fill Seal and Bottle Pack systems.
- Monitoring production parameters during manufacturing.
- Maintaining proper batch records.
- Ensuring line clearance before batch start-up.
- Following GMP, safety and quality requirements during production activities.
Required Experience
Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry can apply.Experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Sterile manufacturing
- Injectable manufacturing
- Infusion manufacturing
- Plastic Parenteral manufacturing
- FFS systems
- BFS systems
- Bottle Pack systems
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have any of the following qualifications:- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
