Position Details

Role: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Production QMS
Location: Bavla, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving effective implementation of Production QMS & cGMP compliance. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Reviewing and ensuring timely completion of BMR/BPR, SOPs, logbooks, and GMP records.
  • Managing QMS activities including Change Control, OOS/OOT, Deviations, and CAPA.
  • Supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits with timely observation closure.
  • Ensuring GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and Data Integrity compliance.
  • Identifying recurring deviations and trending analysis.
  • Coordinating with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.
  • Conducting GMP/QMS training and driving continuous improvement.
