1. Analytical R&D – M.Sc. / M.Pharm

Candidates with a background in Analytical, Organic & Pharmaceutical Chemistry are invited to apply for this role.

Experience 1 – 3 Years

Job Roles

  • Analytical research and development using various analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.).
  • Method development and validation.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review analytical reports and documentation.
  • Support method transfer and troubleshooting activities.

2. Production – OSD (Compression Operators)

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.

Qualification ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Com
Experience 2 – 5 Years

Job Roles

  • Operate and monitor tablet compression machines.
  • Ensure correct setup, weight, hardness, and quality of tablets.
  • Perform in-process checks and documentation.
  • Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the area.

3. Production – Injectables (Operators)

Candidates with experience in sterile manufacturing can choose from six specialized operator tracks based on their expertise.

Available Specializations

1. Compounding

  • Prepare and dispense solutions as per batch records.
  • Maintain equipment and cleanliness in the compounding area.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures.

2. Autoclave

  • Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization cycles.
  • Ensure proper loading, cycle parameters, and unloading.
  • Record and verify cycle data and documentation.

3. Vial Washing

  • Operate vial washing machines and ensure proper cleaning of vials.
  • Monitor tunnel temperature, air flow, and sterilization process.
  • Record and verify cycle data and logs.

4. Vial Filling & Sealing

  • Operate vial filling line.
  • Ensure accurate fill volume, minimum wastage, and sterility.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP, and batch record requirements.

5. Tunnel

  • Operate and monitor depyrogenation tunnel.
  • Ensure required temperature and cycle parameters.
  • Record and verify process logs.

6. Terminal Sterilizer

  • Operate and monitor terminal sterilization equipment.
  • Validate temperature and pressure parameters.
  • Maintain records and compliance with SOPs and regulatory norms.
